Our story
Shafa Furniture Ltd was incorporated in 1990, but the journey of its director, Saleem Bola, began when he was just 11 years old. Coming from a very humble family and being the son of disabled parents, Saleem, now 50, was forced to leave school after the CPE. “I am the youngest in my family, with an older sister and a younger brother.
We lived in very modest conditions, and my parents couldn’t afford to send me to secondary school. They both suffered from a disability. So, I had to leave school after primary to support my family financially”
